Wholesale Customers
Please note that customers in Minnesota or companies with Minnesota Tax Nexus must complete a ST3 form. All other customers must provide an equivalent sales tax exemption form before an initial order can be processed.
International Customers
International customers can pay via credit card or wire transfer in advance of shipment. International customers must ship products on their UPS, FedEX or DHL accounts or they must contract their own carrier/freight forwarder. All product shipments from SySTIUM® Technologies are FOB New Hope, MN, USA and the international customer is responsible for all freight, fees, custom fees and duties associated with international shipments.
